On all catalog items, we require customers to reach out to us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund or exchange at Lih Tea Company.
Lih Tea Company does not bear the responsibility for return shipping costs on any merchandise, whether defective or otherwise. Each order undergoes a thorough inspection and is diligently packed before being shipped to ensure quality.
Upon the product’s arrival at the customer’s location, Lih Tea Company takes responsibility for its quality. We also cover the shipping costs for product exchanges when shipped to the customer.
NOTICE: All return requests must include the original product (defective or otherwise) in an unopened and untampered condition for the customer to qualify for a refund. All Lih Tea Company products are sealed in heat-sealed zip-locks, and this seal must remain unbroken for a product to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to reject product refund requests for questionable returns and do not entertain refunds for opened products.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, Lih Tea Company requires the return of the original product. While an unopened and untampered condition is not mandatory for a product returned for store credit, we retain the right to refuse return requests. Lih Tea Company also reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit upon inspecting any returned merchandise. We do not reship returned items for any reason.
